Account information (name, email, password hash) you provide when you sign up. Listing information (business name, description, contact details, links, images) you publish to one of our directories. Usage information (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser type) collected automatically when you use the site.

How we use information

To operate the directories and events, to verify and review listings, to communicate with you about your account and Provider Circle activity, to improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand aggregate site traffic and search performance. Google may set cookies and process IP-truncated usage data as a processor on our behalf. See Google's privacy documentation for details on how Google processes this data.

How we share information

Listing details you publish are public and indexed by search engines. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, analytics, email) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or when required by law or to protect our rights.

Your choices

You can edit or remove your listing at any time, update your account information, request a copy of your data, or request deletion by emailing us from the address on file.

Florida residents

Florida residents may have specific rights under applicable state law, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request deletion. Contact us using the email below to exercise any such rights.

Children

The Provider Circle is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed to operate the site, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theprovidercircle.com (the "Site") and any membership or listing you maintain with Velocity Revenue Partners LLC, operator of The Provider Circle.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business or organization you represent. Healthcare provider listings require valid, current credentials.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in related marketing materials.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content. Do not scrape, abuse, or interfere with the Site. We may remove any listing and suspend any account that violates these Terms. See the Acceptable Use section below.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is for informational and networking purposes only and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Engagements between members are solely between those members.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Basic directory listings on The Provider Circle are currently offered free of charge. This Refund Policy applies to any paid programs offered by Velocity Revenue Partners LLC, including Seat Sponsorships for the referral group and any other paid memberships, sponsorships, or promotional placements (collectively, "Paid Programs").

All sales final

All Paid Programs are sold on an as-is, non-refundable basis. Once payment is processed, all sales are final and no refunds, credits, or pro-rated reimbursements will be issued, in whole or in part, for any reason — including missed events, unused seats, change of business circumstances, or voluntary withdrawal from the program.

Seat Sponsorships

Seat Sponsorships secure a reserved place in the referral group for the term purchased. Sponsorships are non-transferable to another person or business without our prior written consent. Failure to attend meetings or participate in the group does not entitle the sponsor to a refund or extension.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel your participation in a Paid Program at any time by emailing us, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid. Cancellation simply stops any future renewal of the Paid Program.

Cancellation by us

Velocity Revenue Partners LLC reserves the right to remove a participant from any Paid Program for violation of these Terms, the Listing Guidelines, or the Acceptable Use Policy, or for conduct that is harmful to the group. Removal for cause is not eligible for a refund. In the limited case where we discontinue a Paid Program entirely and the participant has had no meaningful opportunity to use it, we may, in our sole discretion, issue a pro-rated credit toward another program.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of your account and removal from any Paid Programs, without refund.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, keep you signed in, and understand how the Site is used.

Essential cookies

Required for sign-in, session management, and security. The Site does not work properly without them.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic and improve the Site, and Google Search Console for search performance reporting (Search Console does not set cookies on our Site). Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*; data is processed in aggregated, IP-truncated form.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and some features from working.

Velocity Revenue Partners LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of The Provider Circle to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

License you grant for uploaded content

By submitting, uploading, or publishing any content to the Site — including text, photos, logos, video, audio, and other media (collectively, "User Content") — you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to that content and to grant the license below. You grant Velocity Revenue Partners LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and marketing The Provider Circle and Velocity Revenue Partners LLC's related products and services, in any media now known or later developed. This license survives termination of your account with respect to copies of your User Content already incorporated into our marketing or archival materials.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe that content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., the URL); (4) your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Listings exist so members and visitors can quickly understand who you are and how to work with you. To keep the directories useful for everyone:

Be accurate

Use real names, real credentials, and a description that reflects what you actually do. Healthcare providers must hold active credentials in the practice areas listed.

Be specific

Pick the directory and category that fits best. If you serve multiple audiences, lead with the one most likely to search for you.

Be respectful

No discriminatory, harassing, or misleading content. No claims that cannot be substantiated. No directory listings used purely as ad placements.

Keep it current

Update your listing when contact information, services, or credentials change. Out-of-date listings may be unpublished.

When using the Site you agree not to:

Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or invades anyone's privacy. Impersonate another person or organization. Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access. Scrape, harvest, or republish member content without permission. Use the Site to send unsolicited bulk messages or recruitment spam. Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to bypass security controls.

Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

The Provider Circle is committed to making the Site usable for as many people as possible. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
