Membership & listings
- How do I submit a listing?
- Create a member account, then visit the Join page and submit your listing details. Our team reviews every submission, typically within 2–3 business days, before publishing it to the appropriate directory.
- What information do I need to provide?
- Your name or business name, a short description, the directory category you belong to, contact details, and any relevant credentials or social links. The more complete your listing, the better members and visitors can find you.
- Can I edit my listing after it is published?
- Yes. Sign in to your account at any time to update your listing details, contact information, and links. Significant changes may be re-reviewed before going live.
- Can I remove my listing?
- Absolutely. Request removal from your account page or email us, and we will take your listing down within a few business days.
Directories & referrals
- Which directory should I join?
- Healthcare Providers is for licensed clinicians. Trusted Businesses is for service-based companies across industries. Health-Tech is for software, devices, and platforms serving healthcare. Community Partners is for nonprofits and advocacy groups. If you fit more than one, choose the one your audience is most likely to search.
- How are members vetted?
- We confirm that listings match a real person or registered organization, that healthcare providers hold active credentials, and that businesses are in good standing. Our goal is signal over volume.
- Do you guarantee referrals?
- No. The Provider Circle creates the venue, the visibility, and the relationships — referrals are earned through your participation, reputation, and follow-through.
Events
- Who can attend events?
- Most events are open to members and invited guests. A few are member-only or industry-specific; the event listing will say so. Sign in to your account to RSVP.
- Are events virtual or in person?
- Both. We host in-person mixers, breakfast roundtables, and panels, plus virtual sessions for members outside our regional hubs.
Privacy & account
- How is my information used?
- Listing details you publish are public and indexed. Account information you provide privately (email, login) is used only to administer your account. See our Policies page for the full Privacy Policy.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email us from the address on file and we will remove your account and listing within a few business days. You can also request an export of your data.
